Return & Refund Policy

At SMERA, customer satisfaction is important to us.

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please take clear photos and a complete unboxing video as proof. Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
